Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of bazepoint.com (the "Site"), operated by Bazepoint LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Bazepoint," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. About Bazepoint

Bazepoint is building an AI-assisted platform intended to help businesses and founders find manufacturing partners and manage milestone-based payments for manufacturing projects, with a planned focus on the MENA, Southeast Asia, and Oceania sourcing corridors. That platform is not yet available. Right now, the Site lets you join our waitlist to be notified about early access and updates as we build it. Nothing in these Terms should be read as describing a live or currently available service beyond the waitlist itself.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you're joining the waitlist on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

4. The Waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't create any obligation for Bazepoint to grant you access to the future platform, on any particular timeline, on any particular terms, or at all. We may change, delay, or discontinue the planned platform, or the waitlist itself, at any time without notice. Being on the waitlist doesn't reserve pricing, features, or priority, and doesn't create a contract for the future service; those terms, if any, will be presented separately when the platform launches.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when joining the waitlist
  • Use the Site for an unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse data from the Site

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, and content, is owned by Bazepoint or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site except as we expressly permit.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the planned platform described on the Site will launch, or will launch with any particular feature.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazepoint and its officers, employees, and agents won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or remove you from the waitlist, or restrict your access to the Site, at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including as the Site and the planned platform develop. We'll post the updated version here, and where changes are material, we'll give additional notice. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
