Every order arrives funded.
Bazepoint sends you quote-ready buyers with their money already held safely by Bazepay. You produce against secured funds instead of a promise, and you never chase a balance payment again.
You never ship into the unknown.
Bazepay holds the buyer's full order value from day one and releases it to you in three stages. Here's what that means on your side.
Released to you the moment the order is confirmed, before production starts. Same as the deposit you'd normally take, except the remaining 70% is already held safely by Bazepay rather than in the buyer's account.
You submit photo or video proof of the finished run. The buyer has five working days to approve or raise a specific, documented issue against the agreed spec sheet. No response, and it releases automatically.
Released when the goods arrive. If the buyer doesn't confirm within seven days of confirmed delivery, it releases to you automatically.
Sample costs are funded the same way. A buyer requesting a sample funds it upfront. You're paid for sampling work whether or not the order proceeds.
If there's a disagreement. A buyer can't simply withhold your money. Any rejection must cite a specific failure against the spec sheet both sides agreed before production. If you dispute it, Bazepoint reviews the spec, the sample approval and the production evidence, and makes the call. Neither side decides alone.
Verification is done by a person.
No badge you can buy. We check every factory ourselves, because our buyers are first-time founders whose entire business depends on this order arriving.
To join the verified list, we'll need:
- Your business registration and export licence
- A video walkthrough of the production floor, or an in-person visit
- Two buyer references we can contact
- Your real capacity, minimums and lead times, honestly stated
Verification usually takes seven to ten days. We'll tell you plainly if we can't list you, and why.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost?
Nothing for founding factories in the first year. After that, a 1% fee on matched orders and a $99 monthly membership to stay on the verified list. There's no charge for enquiries, quotes or samples, and no fee on repeat orders from a buyer you've already worked with.
When do I actually get paid?
The first 30% is released at order confirmation, before you start. Settlement reaches your account in days rather than the one to two weeks a standard international wire takes.
What if the buyer refuses to approve the goods?
They can't refuse without a documented reason tied to the spec sheet. Silence releases your money automatically. A genuine dispute goes to Bazepoint for review against the agreed specification, and we decide.
Do I need to use cryptocurrency?
No. Bazepay uses digital dollars in the background to move money across borders cheaply, but you receive local currency into your ordinary business bank account. Nothing on your side changes.
How big are these orders?
Small to start, typically 50 to 500 units for a first run. Buyers who stay on the platform grow, and you keep the relationship.
Can I bring my existing buyers onto Bazepoint?
Yes. If you have buyers who are slow to settle balances, you can invite them and run the order through Bazepay's staged payments. Founding factories pay no fee on these.
Four questions and a contact. We'll come back to you within three working days.
